I find sanctuary in stitch and its calming qualities that enable me to savour space and silence, portraying the wonderful everyday through colour, texture, and thread.
Essentially, I am a stitcher of stories, sometimes sharing the narrative of some small detail of life or nature that catches my eye, enabling me to ponder on something deeper or depicting faith stories using fabric collage, colour, and symbolism within to explore a theme.
The arts are proven to assist wellbeing, and I have fifteen years of experience in delivering arts for wellbeing across a variety of sectors, offering a range of art forms in schools, hospitals, residential homes, and community groups.
I love enabling others to meet with God through creativity and quiet space, whether that be through a short workshop session, a quiet day or longer retreat.
